A large-scale implementation of an enterprise content management platform that moved paper-driven workflows into digital processes.

Problem: Business teams were relying on paper documents, manual routing, and disconnected approval processes.
Role: Supported discovery, process mapping, solution design, and company-wide implementation.
Outcome: Helped standardize workflows, improve document accessibility, and bring digital signatures and automated processes into a paper-heavy environment.

Logistics Integration

A major logistics integration effort supporting a multi-year North American transportation partnership.

Problem: Multiple systems and locations needed reliable data exchange and coordinated implementation planning.
Role: Worked across business and IT teams to document requirements, coordinate EDI needs, and support system rollout.
Outcome: Helped align business operations and technology implementation for a complex logistics environment.

Healthcare IT

A multi-team migration of enterprise applications and workflows into Azure cloud infrastructure.

Problem: Critical applications and workflows needed to move from on-premise environments without disrupting editorial users.
Role: Met with 40+ users to document processes, define UAT steps, and support migration readiness.
Outcome: Helped create clarity, reduce migration risk, and support a smoother transition for business-critical teams.

Enterprise Modernization

A current-state to future-state modernization effort for legacy Oracle Forms processes.

Problem: Legacy forms needed to be understood, documented, and rebuilt using modern application frameworks.
Role: Led workflow diagramming, requirements definition, stakeholder review, and AI-assisted specification work.
Outcome: Supported faster feedback, clearer requirements, and a more maintainable modern technology direction.

Custom Web Application

A restaurant operations and development portal for vendor, startup cost, recurring cost, and document management.

Problem: Important development details lived across spreadsheets, email, and individual knowledge.
Role: Designed and built the application workflow, user experience, data structure, and reporting direction.
Outcome: Created a centralized tool to support better planning, vendor visibility, and operational consistency.

Sports Data

A baseball data concept designed to convert raw pitch-level files into reviewable analysis and reports.

Problem: Raw CSV data was difficult to evaluate quickly without manual work or platform access.
Role: Designed the import, analysis, and reporting concept for pitch-level review.
Outcome: Created a path for faster insight, cleaner reporting, and better review of baseball data.
